Responsibilities

Create user journeys, personas and story maps.
Design low fidelity & high fidelity prototypes and present them to the other designers, partners and developers, we want to build the best experience for our users no matter what device they are on.
Help business partners identify key challenges and propose creative solutions that bridge those gaps.
Build rapid prototypes to help validate the experiences through user testing.
Collaborate with marketing and other product teams to develop visual concepts that support campaign objectives and enhance user experience.
Create infographics and data visualizations to simplify complex financial information for our clients.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Monitor emerging trends in interactive technologies, content and design.
Unify the design for both desktop and mobile apps.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and understanding of UX and UI principles and practices.
Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and the ability to adapt to new and emerging tools and technologies.
Experience designing UX/UI mobile/desktop interfaces.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to learn and incorporate emerging technologies in the UX/UI field.
Strong attention to detail.
A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to design clean, modern mobile and desktop interfaces and case studies of your UX.
Good to have: Experience in the Financial Services field and experience with HTML and CSS.

Design system creation/maintenance and usage (even better if AI based)
Prototyping
User research, problem framing, advanced user advocacy
Translating business objectives into user outcomes
Advanced UI design (including attention top responsive design, accessibility and component-based design)
Ability to understand business goals and constraints and company needs/priorities
Stakeholder management
Strong justification/reasoning for decisions with user and business rationale
Proactive team player
Ability to communicate cross-team
Experience with agile workflow
