About the Role We're looking for a versatile Designer to own the visual and digital presence of Xhockware — from product screens used by shoppers every day, to the company website, marketing materials, and social media. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys moving between UX/UI design, graphic design, and digital marketing, and who is comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines at once.

Social Media & Digital Marketing - Plan and produce content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, publishing on a regular weekly schedule - Build content calendars and templates to keep publishing consistent and on-brand - Track and report monthly performance metrics, presenting results to the team - Support email marketing campaigns and manage assets on platforms such as YouTube and Google Ads
What We're Looking For - Experience in graphic design and/or UX/UI design (portfolio required)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of WordPress and page builders such as Elementor (valued)
- Experience creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage several concurrent projects and versions
- Good written communication skills for marketing and web copy (Portuguese and English)
- Comfortable working with cloud storage and collaborative tools (Dropbox, Google Workspace)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently on recurring tasks (e.G., monthly reporting, content scheduling)
Nice to Have - Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for website troubleshooting
- Experience with multilingual website management (e.G., WPML)
- Familiarity with e-commerce content management and 3D/product asset formats
- Experience with digital catalog tools (e.G., Heyzine) or email marketing platforms (e.G., MailChimp)
- Background in retail, product, or tech company design environments
What We Offer - The opportunity to shape the design and digital presence of a fast-growing retail tech company
- Exposure to a variety of design disciplines — product UX/UI, brand, web, and marketing — in one role
- A collaborative team environment with direct impact on products used by real customers in-store
- Ongoing access to professional design and productivity tools
- Salary Range: from 19.000 to 25.000 /yr according to demonstrated experience and skillset
