GROUP INTERNAL AUDITOR - A High-Impact, Global Role!
Are you an experienced finance or audit professional looking to make your mark in a dynamic, global environment? Sodexo is recruiting for a Group Internal Auditor to join our elite team spanning Paris, London, Washington, Bogota, and Porto.
As the Group Internal Audit , you will play a critical role in evaluating and strengthening the controls and risk management processes. Positioned at the heart of the business, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the full scale and complexity of our operations. As a trusted advisor to management, you will provide valuable perspectives on risk and control, helping to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement across Sodexo.

⚙ What will you do?
- Conduct internal audits across all 43 countries, functions and activities of the group, ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions.
- Develop and present audit findings and recommendations, both verbally and in writing, focusing on:
- Compliance with Group policies and procedures.
- Identifying control gaps and risk management weaknesses while sharing best practices across the organisation.
- Analysing root causes of internal control deficiencies and proposing strategic improvements.
- Coaching senior management on internal control best practices.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports in English and present key findings to local and Group management.
- Connect audit insights to broader business objectives, identifying common trends and delivering meaningful, actionable recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance and sharing best practices across audited functions and entities.
What you'll need to succeed?:
- Bachelor or Master degree in audit, accounting or finance is required for the role.
- Relevant certifications (ACA, ACCA and/or CIA) are preferred.
- Proven expertise in audit and / or accounting and finance, with a strong background in external and internal audit and hands-on international audit experience.
- Ability to build relationships with Group senior management
- Team player, proactive and autonomous.
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
- A strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving change.
- You must be willing to travel internationally for up to two weeks at a time, with a maximum of 18 weeks away from home per year.
