Role: Enterprise Field Engineer

Location: Remote, Europe

Required skills:

Experience delivering technical advisory or consulting engagements for enterprise customers;
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe CX Enterprise solutions;
Experience with solutions such as RTCDP, AJO, CJA, AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Workfront, CSC, or EDS;
Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation processes;
Experience conducting structured technical assessments and presenting recommendations to stakeholders;
Ability to produce clear technical documentation, roadmaps, and recommendation reports;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Experience working in customer-facing environments with technical and business teams;
Familiarity with cloud-native environments and enterprise architectures;
Understanding of data governance and GDPR requirements;
Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and shifting priorities;
Adobe certifications are a plus;
Fluent English communication skills;
Additional European languages such as Spanish, German, French, Dutch, or Italian are a plus.
