Join DPD in Oirschot and become part of a team handling millions of parcels destined for homes and businesses across Europe. This is a demanding but highly rewarding role for motivated workers, looking for a stable job with excellent shift allowances. Job Description As a Warehouse Worker at DPD, you will be responsible for the core task of parcel logistics: Loading and Unloading: Handling parcels received from individuals and businesses, reloading them to other destinations. Physically Demanding: This is physically very hard work. Parcels can be heavy, and you will often work with a colleague to handle the heaviest items. Work Environment: You will work in a brand new building with a friendly atmosphere and supportive colleagues. The base salary with additional allowances for evening and night work (after 8:00 PM (20:00): +30% and after midnight (00:00): +45% and on Sunday +50% (Addition dependent on the shift time). Overtime additions also apply from 115% to 165% depending on the day. This is a role that requires flexibility, as employees will work in different shifts from Monday to Saturday. Shift 1 (Afternoon): 14:00 to 22:30 Shift 2 (Evening/Night): 18:30 till 03:00 or 04:00 Shift 3 (Night): 22:30 to 07:00 Requirements Experience: Previous experience as a Warehouse Worker is required. Flexibility: Must be flexible to work different shift schedules, including nights. Physical Condition: Must be physically fit for demanding work. VOG Required: A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required after 3 months of working.
