TIG Welder / Welding Operator (Fuel Tank Production) (€560 net per week) Vianen, in Netherlands em Loulé, Portugal

For our partner we are looking for an experienced TIG Welder / Welding Operator to join the production team. Bosal is an international company operating within the automotive industry. At the Vianen production facility, more than 80 different types of fuel tanks for trucks are manufactured from aluminium and steel using a modern, semi-automated production process. As a Welder / Welding Operator, you will work within the production process, where welding is largely automated. Your main responsibility will be to monitor and check the quality of weld seams and perform manual TIG welding repairs when necessary. If a weld seam has a defect or leak, you will be responsible for identifying the problem and repairing the weld to the required quality standard. Your responsibilities Monitoring the automated/semi-automated welding process Checking the quality of weld seams Identifying welding defects and possible leaks Repairing defective welds using TIG welding Performing quality checks on finished products Reading and understanding technical drawings and instructions Following production and safety procedures Working independently as well as together with the production team Requirements At least 3 years of previous professional experience with TIG welding TIG welding certificate – minimum Level 2 Good understanding of welding principles and weld quality Ability to identify and repair welding defects Ability to read technical drawings/schematics Willingness to work in a 3-shift system Comfortable working in a production environment Physically able to perform the required work Driving licence is not mandatory, but would be a big advantage What we offer Salary net approximately €560 net per week Gross hourly rate of approximately €21/hour Shift work with applicable shift allowances Stable, full-time employment Work within a professional and modern production environment Long-term opportunity for suitable candidates
