YOUR ROLE

This position is ideal for professionals with a background in Telecommunications, Networking, or IT who are interested in developing their careers across Mobile Core, Roaming, IMS, Voice, and IP-based network services. The role involves operational support, incident management, troubleshooting, service monitoring, and collaboration with multiple technical teams and technology partners.

Support the operation and maintenance of telecommunications platforms and services.
Monitor network and service performance to ensure availability, stability, and quality.
Perform troubleshooting and incident resolution activities.
Participate in root cause analysis and problem management initiatives.
Support planned maintenance activities, software upgrades, and network changes.
Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and operational teams to resolve issues and improve service performance.
Contribute to the implementation and validation of new services, functionalities, and technologies.
Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and technical reports.
Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Participate in critical incident handling and service recovery activities when required.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in telecommunications operations, support, engineering, or service assurance environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of telecom networks, protocols, and services.
Ability to work in a dynamic and operationally critical environment.
English (B2 or above).
Spanish (B1 or above).

Nice to Have

Experience or exposure to one or more of the following areas:

Mobile Core Networks (HLR, HSS, UDM, UDR, EIR, AuC).
IMS and Voice platforms.
Roaming services (LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G).
VoIP services and voice routing.
Signaling protocols such as SIP, Diameter, SS7, and SIGTRAN.
SBC, STP, DRA, DNS, and related telecom platforms.
IP networking and Linux environments.
Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco, Oracle, BroadSoft, or similar vendor solutions.
ITSM, monitoring, and observability tools.

Additional Requirements

Availability to work in a 24x7 operational environment , including shift-based schedules when applicable.
Availability to participate in on-call/prevention rotations and provide out-of-hours support when required.
Previous experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment will be considered a strong advantage.
Ability to manage and prioritize activities during critical incidents and service-impacting situations.
