Estamos a recrutar um Lead Java Full Stack Developer para integrar um programa internacional de transformação tecnológica e migração de aplicações críticas de negócio. O projeto envolve equipas distribuídas entre Portugal, Alemanha e Suíça, num contexto altamente colaborativo e com forte foco em inovação tecnológica e Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao desenvolvimento de software.
Principais Responsabilidades
Liderar tecnicamente uma equipa de desenvolvimento numa estrutura Agile/Scrum.
Garantir a qualidade técnica das entregas e a adoção de boas práticas de engenharia.
Desenvolver e manter aplicações críticas utilizando Java e tecnologias modernas de Full Stack.
Participar em decisões técnicas, revisões de código e melhoria contínua dos processos de desenvolvimento.
Trabalhar em proximidade com equipas internacionais e stakeholders de negócio.
Promover a utilização de ferramentas e práticas de AI-Assisted Development.
Contribuir para a modernização tecnológica e evolução da plataforma.
Requisitos Técnicos
Experiência sólida em Java e Spring Boot.
Experiência em desenvolvimento de APIs REST.
Conhecimentos de arquiteturas de Microserviços.
Experiência com CI/CD, DevOps e tecnologias Cloud.
Experiência com frameworks Frontend (Angular, React ou similares).
Conhecimentos de containers e Kubernetes.
Experiência em ambientes Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
Forte preocupação com qualidade, testes automáticos e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
Inteligência Artificial (Obrigatório)
