About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Team Leader to manage daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure delivery against productivity, quality, and SLA targets. You will lead and support a team, handle stakeholder communications, monitor KPIs, and contribute to continuous process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily shift operations and workload distribution.
Allocate tasks/jobs to associates and monitor productivity.
Drive quality, process improvement, innovation, and SLA achievement.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through training and performance feedback.
Set goals, clarify roles, and ensure team alignment.
Handle escalations, complaints, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare performance reports, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, and client review materials.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
Experience handling complaints and escalations.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SAP or similar CRM systems.

High attention to detail and professionalism.
Strong organizational, time management, and workflow planning skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Dutch: Native/C2 Level
English: B2 Level
