As ZAHIR continues to grow in Portugal, we are looking for a confident, hands-on Store Operations Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our Operations and Management teams to coordinate multiple stores, support store teams, and ensure that operational plans, standards, and new initiatives are effectively implemented across our locations.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple stores and provide ongoing support to store teams.
• Work closely with the Operations team to implement new initiatives, processes, and operational improvements.
• Ensure company standards, procedures, and operational plans are consistently executed across all assigned stores.
• Lead, guide, and motivate employees while setting clear expectations and addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, operational standards, and team needs.
• Identify areas for improvement and take a proactive approach to implementing practical solutions.
• Maintain effective communication between store teams, Operations, and Management.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating multiple stores, preferably within food service.
• Leadership and people-management skills.
• A confident, proactive personality with the ability to take ownership and initiative.
• Solid experience in staff management and team coordination.
• Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• A practical, results-oriented approach to getting things done.
• Native-level Portuguese and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• A valid driving license and availability to travel regularly between store locations.
