We are looking for a customer-focused Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between business needs, creative services, and innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, account management, product, and engineering teams to understand client challenges and design tailored solutions that deliver measurable value. You will combine technical expertise, consultative selling, and hands-on experience with AI-powered tools to identify the right approach for each customer. From initial discovery and solution architecture to pricing, proposals, and implementation handovers, you will play a key role in driving successful enterprise opportunities. You will also help shape the evolution of the product portfolio by identifying recurring customer needs and emerging opportunities. Accountabilities: - Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers during client discovery calls to understand business challenges, technical requirements, existing systems, and customer objectives. - Identify the most appropriate solutions for each client, determining whether their needs are best addressed through creative services, technology systems, AI-powered tools, or a combination of these. - Design tailored solution architectures that align customer requirements with available products, services, technical capabilities, and AI tooling partners. - Define the technical and operational scope of proposed solutions, including project requirements, pricing, and commercial proposals for systems-related opportunities.

- Collaborate with engineering and creative studio teams to validate solution feasibility, estimate delivery requirements, and ensure proposals are technically sound. - Guide every systems-related opportunity through the internal technical review process before engineering resources are assigned. - Coordinate the transition of signed projects to AI Deployment Strategists, providing clear documentation, technical briefs, and implementation guidance to engineering and creative teams. - Maintain relationships with strategic enterprise accounts after the sale, acting as a trusted technical and strategic point of contact throughout the customer journey. - Identify recurring customer challenges and unmet market needs, sharing insights with product teams to inform future roadmap priorities and service development. - Develop reusable sales resources, including discovery frameworks, scoping and pricing templates, and proposal materials to improve the efficiency and consistency of the sales process. - Deliver internal training and enablement sessions to help Account Executives and Account Managers identify, qualify, and develop technology-driven sales opportunities independently. Requirements: - At least 3 years of professional experience in a client-facing position, such as Solutions Engineering, technical sales, consulting, product management, or Forward Deployed Engineering. - Strong consultative selling abilities, with a customer-first mindset and the capacity to understand business challenges, customer workflows, and technical environments before recommending solutions. - Hands-on experience with agentic software development, including having built an AI agent or implemented a common agent-based workflow. A formal software engineering background is not required. - Ability to translate complex customer requirements into practical solution architectures and identify the appropriate tools, technologies, and services to address them.
