O que vais fazer:
Desenhar e implementar automações e integrações robustas que otimizem a gestão de condomínios em escala.
Liderar o desenvolvimento de funcionalidades no backend (https://jobeax.com/link/XoOr05ZMdUyNwOHw garantindo que o sistema é performante e resiliente.
Desenhar a estrutura de integrações com serviços externos (OpenAI, Aircall, WhatsApp, Gateways de Pagamento).
Assegurar a excelência técnica , definindo padrões de testes unitários/integração e realizando code reviews construtivas.
Otimizar processos de DevOps , sugerindo melhorias nos pipelines de CI/CD e na infraestrutura.
Modelar bases de dados e garantir a integridade e segurança dos dados financeiros e operacionais.
Colaborar ativamente na definição do produto , transformando necessidades de negócio em soluções técnicas viáveis.
Requisitos:
Experiência sólida com https://jobeax.com/link/JSd7UYCSg572jJDY e TypeScript .
Domínio de APIs RESTful (design, segurança e documentação).
Experiência prática com Bases de Dados Relacionais (PostgreSQL ou MySQL) e otimização de queries.
Conhecimento sólido de Git, CI/CD e ambientes de produção.
Domínio de Padrões de Desenho (Design Patterns) e Programação Orientada a Objetos.
Autonomia para resolver problemas complexos e capacidade de decompor requisitos ambíguos em tarefas técnicas.
Nice to have:
Experiência em produção com LLMs e Prompt Engineering .
Experiência com ferramentas de workflow automation (ex: n8n, Zapier ).
Conhecimentos de Arquitetura de Microserviços ou Serverless.
Experiência em domínios de Fintech, Proptech ou Contabilidade .
