About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own Bluedot's social channels and turn them into a real acquisition channel. You will decide what we post and when, plan and execute product launches across our channels, and collaborate with our creators to make sure our paid and organic posts are aligned. We are looking for someone who has grown social channels for a software product, writes well, understands how creators work, and uses AI tools to produce more without lowering quality. Ideally you already have your own active social media channels.
What You'll Do
- Own Bluedot's social channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X - Plan and run the content calendar: posts, short videos, scripts, captions, founder content - Lead product launches: launch plans, channel sequencing, creator timing, launch-day execution - Coordinate our creators day to day: briefs, deadlines, draft reviews, feedback, posting schedules - Turn product updates, demos and customer stories into content that performs on each platform - Track results: reach, engagement, signups from social, performance per creator and per launch - Use AI and automation tools to speed up content production and creator coordination - Work directly with the founders on social and launch strategy - Collect Case Studies from our customers
About You
- You create content yourself and have an audience of your own - You write well in English: hooks, short posts, video scripts, launch copy - You are highly organized, move fast, ship, look at the numbers and adjust - You are comfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environment - You are genuinely interested in AI products and emerging technologies
