En tant que professionnel(le) du service client, ta mission sera daider les utilisateurs à obtenir le service quils recherchent, en agissant comme le lien entre les utilisateurs et les fournisseurs.
Quelles seront tes responsabilités ?
- Contacter les utilisateurs ayant demandé un service (après 48 heures) ou recontacter danciens utilisateurs ;
- Comprendre les besoins réels des utilisateurs pour assurer un suivi optimal ;
- Vérifier et valider les informations des entreprises ;
- Transmettre les contacts des utilisateurs aux fournisseurs appropriés.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Francophone natif(ve) ou niveau courant ;
- Excellentes compétences de communication ;
- Forte orientation client et sens du détail.
