Principais responsabilidades
✅Definir e implementar estratégias de Quality Assurance e Test Management;
✅Criar e gerir planos de teste, test cases e evidências de validação;
✅Executar e coordenar testes funcionais, integrados, regressão, performance e aceitação;
✅Implementar e evoluir automação de testes;
✅Apoiar equipas Agile na definição de critérios de aceitação e processos de qualidade;
✅Promover boas práticas de QA, automação e melhoria contínua;
✅Explorar e maximizar o potencial do ecossistema Atlassian, em particular Jira, Confluence e Xray;
✅Definir métricase indicadores de qualidade para suporte à decisão.
Perfil pretendido
Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em Quality Assurance e Test Management;
Experiência em ambientes Agile de média ou grande dimensão;
Conhecimentos sólidos de Scrum e Kanban;
Experiência comprovada com Jira, Confluence e Xray;
Experiência em automação de testes (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright ou similares);
Experiência em testes de APIs, integração e performance;
Forte capacidade analítica e de comunicação;
Fluente em Português, Inglês e Espanhol.
