We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex and strategically important project, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring effective control of planning, execution, costs and deadlines.

The ideal profile is hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented , with the ability to anticipate challenges, make decisions and drive the project forward from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements :

University degree in Engineering or a relevant field;
Solid experience in Project Management , ideally within industrial, EPC, engineering or construction environments ;
Proven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders;
Strong multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder management skills;
Excellent planning, organization and follow-up capabilities;
Ability to anticipate risks, solve problems and make effective decisions;
High level of maturity, resilience and ability to work under pressure ;
Strong sense of ownership and accountability;
Results-oriented mindset.

The main responsibilities are:

Lead the operational management and execution of the project;
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources and costs;
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, partners and other stakeholders;
Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions;
Anticipate and resolve operational challenges, ensuring the project remains on track;
Ensure effective communication and alignment across all parties involved;
Report directly to the Operations Director and CEO .
