Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control.
Define frontend engineering standards for https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
Drive technical discussions with architects.
Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical roadmaps.
Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology stack.
Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
Mentor junior and mid level engineers.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.

Essential skills

Strong experience in Full Stack development with Java and React.js.
Deep knowledge of IAM architecture, SSO, Okta, and OIDC.
Proven ability in software architecture and making technical decisions.
Technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Desired skills

Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Software Architect.
Advanced knowledge of Okta Authorization Server design.
Experience with multi brand or multi tenant access control.
Previous experience working with international architecture teams.
