Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
• Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control.
• Define frontend engineering standards for https://jobeax.com/link/6WcBICn0LM558SP0, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
• Drive technical discussions with architects.
• Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical roadmaps.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology stack.
• Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.
• Mentor junior and mid level engineers.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.

Essential skills

• Strong experience in Full Stack development with Java and React.js.
• Deep knowledge of IAM architecture, SSO, Okta, and OIDC.
• Proven ability in software architecture and making technical decisions.
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Desired skills

• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Software Architect.
• Advanced knowledge of Okta Authorization Server design.
• Experience with multi brand or multi tenant access control.
• Previous experience working with international architecture teams.
