Fusion Consulting AG is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic finance transformation initiatives for a global pharma client. You will oversee finance IT projects, drive process harmonization, and ensure delivery of enterprise systems such as SAP, SAC, and Workday.

In this role you will coordinate cross‑functional teams across Finance, IT, and external partners, manage budgets and risks, and report progress to senior stakeholders in a regulated industry context.
