We're Hiring | Senior Fullstack Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Java Developer to join an international product team focused on creating innovative delivery solutions through cloud-native and event-driven architectures. You'll work on digital products that impact thousands of users, helping improve delivery experiences through intelligent decision-making systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate event-driven microservices that make intelligent delivery decisions based on parcel and customer data
Build and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging modern software engineering practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, automate processes, and enhance user experiences
Develop scalable and resilient distributed systems capable of handling high transaction volumes
Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best practices across the development lifecycle
Design and implement REST APIs, asynchronous messaging solutions, and event-driven workflows
Ensure software quality through automated testing and CI/CD practices
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability
Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and engineering excellence
Skills & Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
+6 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
Experience in designing and developing microservices architectures
Solid understanding of cloud-native software development
Experience with AWS and cloud deployment models
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architectures, and streaming technologies
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
Frontend development experience with Angular (preferred)
Strong focus on software quality, automated testing, and CI/CD
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions
Ability to analyze complex systems and drive continuous improvements
Regular use of AI development tools in day-to-day work
Fluent English
