Kosli is looking for Senior DevOps Solutions Engineers to join our growing team. The position is remote, but requires willingness to travel and work onsite with clients. As part of a fast-paced startup, this role is about helping customers succeed by implementing innovative solutions to transform the way banks and financial institutions deliver software.

The world is built on mission-critical software - it calculates our bank balance, drives our cars, diagnoses our illnesses, runs critical infrastructure, etc. We want to empower the engineers who make this software.
AI is changing how software gets built - teams are shipping faster, with more changes, under more scrutiny than ever before. In regulated industries, that creates a real problem because every change still needs to be controlled, and governance hasn't kept pace.

About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement high-impact, scalable Kosli implementations.
This role spans strategic technical discussions, solution architecture design, implementation support and long-term client management. You’ll collaborate across engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure we deliver best-in-class service and innovation.
