Your Mission

As a Senior Java Developer, you will: Lead the technical evolution of critical applications and services. Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Support modernization and refactoring initiatives to improve application performance and sustainability. Drive technical best practices across development and architecture. Ensure solutions comply with security, quality, and governance standards. Act as a trusted technical advisor for both project and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Modernization Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using modern development practices. Perform code refactoring and modernization activities to improve maintainability and performance. Deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions aligned with business requirements. Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and support.

Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Review technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation approaches. Promote development standards, coding best practices, and engineering excellence. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Architecture & Integration Contribute to solution design and system architecture decisions.

Support integration between applications, databases, cloud services, and external systems. Ensure consistency across the application ecosystem and technology landscape. Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks. Security & Application Sustainability Monitor application security, technical debt, and technology obsolescence. Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and long-term application sustainability.

Ensure applications remain aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards. Project & Stakeholder Support Coordinate technical activities within development and transformation projects. Support Project Owners and Business stakeholders throughout project delivery. Contribute to technical planning, risk assessment, and solution definition. Act as a key technical contact for application-related initiatives.
