Up to €60,000 + Car + 2% Commission on New Business + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits

Are you a commercially driven FMCG leader who knows how to open doors, win business and grow major retail accounts ?

I'm working with an ambitious and growing food business looking to appoint a highly hands-on Senior Commercial Manager / Senior Key Account Leader to drive its growth across the Portuguese retail market.

This is not a boardroom-only, strategy-from-a-distance role.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being in front of customers, knows the Portuguese grocery and retail landscape inside out, and can turn opportunities into commercial growth.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of key commercial relationships across Portugal's major retail and large distribution customers.

Working directly with the CEO, you'll have significant autonomy to manage your accounts, identify opportunities and drive the commercial agenda forward.

Your focus will include:

• Growing and developing major retail accounts
• Building strong relationships with buyers and category managers
• Winning new listings and introducing new products
• Expanding distribution and identifying new categories and opportunities
• Managing commercial negotiations, range reviews and promotional activity
• Developing strategic account plans to accelerate growth
• Identifying and winning new customers and channels
• Taking ownership of opportunities from initial idea through to launch and commercial delivery

Who We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with ambitious commercial professionals who have:

• Strong experience within Food, FMCG or refrigerated/chilled products
• A proven track record working with major Portuguese retailers and large distribution customers
• Established relationships with buyers, category managers and commercial decision-makers
• Experience launching and introducing new food brands and products into the market
• Strong commercial negotiation and Key Account Management skills
• A highly hands-on approach to winning and growing business
• The ability to identify opportunities and take them from initial conversation through to successful launch
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with autonomy

The Package

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Permanent with high flexibility working remotely or from home
• Salary up to €60,000, plus Company Car
• 2% Commission on New Business Personally Generated
• Discretionary Performance-Related Bonus
• Health Insurance + Additional Benefits
