The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Senior Architect to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.
Job Responsibilities – What you will build:
In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact.
You will:
- Ensure timely and effective responses to client requests;
actively participate inmeetings to understand client needs, concerns, and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions - Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance both individual and team performance and productivity
- Support, guide, and mentor junior team members
- Monitor and manage project processes with all relevant stakeholders and authorities
- Ensure successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets
- Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary project development, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations

- Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in architectural design using Revit across multiple project phases

- High level of autonomy, attention to detail, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
