If you're a strong 360 recruiter living in Portugal and feel your earning potential is limited by the local market, this could be a very different opportunity.
Reach Velocity is expanding its recruitment operation in Portugal and we're looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to become a key part of what we're building.
You'll work directly with the founder across the US technology market, recruiting within AI, robotics, autonomous systems, aerospace and other emerging technologies.
This isn't a cold start.
You'll have access to existing US clients, live vacancies, established relationships and a substantial database of companies and contacts built over years of operating in these markets.
Our minimum placement fee is $25,000 , so you don't need huge placement volumes to earn serious commission.
The opportunity
You'll own the full 360 recruitment cycle:
- Headhunt and manage senior-level candidates
- Manage searches from qualification through to placement
- Develop existing client relationships
- Re-engage companies within our database
- Win new US clients
- Build and own your desk
The package
€3,000 gross monthly base / €36,000 annually
€80,000–€120,000+ realistic OTE
Uncapped commission with aggressive accelerators for high performance
Additional rewards for personally winning new clients.
There is deliberately no ceiling on earnings .
If you build a €30k, €40k or €50k+ monthly desk, we want you earning accordingly.
This is bigger than a consultant position
This is one of the key hires as we build the Portugal operation.
We're looking for someone who can initially bill, develop clients and lead from the front.
As the business grows, there is a clear opportunity to progress into Principal Consultant / Team Lead / Head of Recruitment , helping recruit and manage consultants around you and earning additional commission from the team you build.
Who we're looking for
You should have:
- 4+ years agency recruitment experience
- Genuine 360 recruitment experience
- A proven track record of billing
- Evidence of winning and developing clients
- Strong headhunting and candidate management skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- The confidence to sell into senior US decision-makers
Technology or engineering recruitment experience is preferred, particularly AI, software, robotics, autonomous systems or aerospace.
US recruitment experience would be a major advantage, but isn't essential if you've successfully recruited internationally.
We're less interested in job titles and more interested in what you've actually billed, what clients you've personally won and what you're capable of building.
Hybrid working with around two in-person meet-ups/work days per week in the Cascais/Lisbon area.
