O que vais fazer:
Facilitar todas as cerimónias Scrum e promover a colaboração da equipa;
Remover impedimentos e garantir foco nos objetivos de sprint;
Apoiar Product Owners na gestão e refinamento do backlog;
Ajudar a organização a crescer na adoção de metodologias ágeis;
Promover a melhoria contínua, o acompanhamento de KPIs ágeis e o alinhamento com stakeholders.
Mínimo de
3 anos de experiência como Scrum Master ;
Certificação Scrum (CSM, PSM ou equivalente);
Fluência em
português e inglês
(obrigatório);
Experiência com ferramentas como
Jira, Confluence ou Azure DevOps ;
Excelente capacidade de comunicação, escuta ativa e gestão de conflitos;
Gosto por trabalhar com equipas multidisciplinares e ambientes híbridos.
