The SAP R2R Consultant will be part of the SAP Center of Excellence and a key contributor to the global S/4HANA implementation project. Together with business counterparts and our implementation partner, you will be responsible for the design of the core model (global template) in terms of R2R processes and system capabilities, delivering the system, conduct testing, Participate in the design phases, deliverable validation, and testing support. You will ensure the system meets business needs and processes are optimized, ultimately securing the successful deployment and adoption of the new S/4HANA system.

Process Optimization Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders to refine business processes, ensuring that the SAP system fully supports these operations.
System Integration Efforts : Collaborate on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other internal and external systems, facilitating smooth data transfer and functionality.
User Training and Support : Provide comprehensive training and support to users, equipping them with the knowledge needed to utilize the SAP system effectively.
Core Model Workshops : Conduct alignment workshops for core model solutions in cooperation with business process owners (BPOs) and implementation partners.
Technical Feasibility Assessments : Evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Solution Compliance Assurance : Ensure that both functional and technical solutions align with business needs and organizational guidelines.
Knowledge Transfer Support : Facilitate effective functional and technical knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support teams.

What You Need to Succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, particularly in greenfield implementations. Strong understanding of finance processes and organization: GL accounting, Fixed assets, Bank, Controlling, Financial reporting, Inventory accounting, Financial & internal control, Tax reporting.
In-depth Module Knowledge : Strong understanding of relevant SAP S/4HANA modules, specifically: GL accounting (Classic, New and Extended Ledgers) ; SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Receivables (AR); SAP Asset Accounting (AA); SAP Bank (GL); Tax & Audit Reporting and SAP DRC
Additional Capabilities : Familiarity with the following is highly beneficia: lS/4HANA Workflows, Delegation of Authorities in S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Custom Application Development, Managing the regulatory and tax diversity of deployed countries, Facilitating the adoption of the model by local teams, particularly finance and management control departments.
Configuration Skills : Proficient in configuring SAP FI-CO, ensuring alignment of R2R processes with best practices.
Business Requirement Translation: Ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Integration Tool Experience : Familiarity with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
Communication Skill s: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and end-users.
Project Management Abilities : Capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are advantageous.
Leadership Qualities : Strong leadership abilities to inspire and guide a technical team effectively.
Prioritization Skills : Excellent ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving capabilities combined with analytical skills for troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Adaptability : Flexibility to adjust to changes in project scope, stakeholder dynamics, and technological advancements.
Language Proficiency : Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus, while knowledge of Italian is desirable.
