Our client, a prominent global leader in the aeronautics sector, is currently strengthening its internal control framework. They are seeking a highly skilled Finance Access Rights Technical Expert to join a specialized unit dedicated to risk management and compliance within their core financial systems infrastructure.

In this pivotal role, you will operate at the intersection of information technology and financial governance. You will be tasked with safeguarding the integrity of financial authorizations across a vast, multi-jurisdictional corporate landscape, ensuring that system access remains strictly aligned with internal security protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical authority for the governance of financial access rights, overseeing a complex ecosystem spanning numerous legal entities.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust authorization frameworks, ensuring that user provisioning and periodic access reviews adhere to stringent compliance standards.
• Perform continuous risk assessments of user access profiles, proactively identifying potential vulnerabilities and proposing effective mitigation strategies.
• Manage the lifecycle of security roles and profiles, ensuring they remain consistent with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
• Provide high-level technical support for authorization-related incidents, troubleshooting complex system issues to maintain operational continuity.
• Serve as a bridge between technical IT teams and business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into secure, compliant system configurations.
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence regarding system security and user management.
• Develop and disseminate educational resources to ensure organizational adherence to security policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the refinement of IT General Controls (ITGC), specifically focusing on the resolution of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Lead specific workstreams within large-scale digital transformation projects, ensuring that security and compliance are embedded from the design phase.

Profile Expectations

• Academic background in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 24 months of hands-on involvement in managing SAP security frameworks and access governance.
• Comprehensive understanding of SAP system architecture, cross-module integration, and core landscape design (relevant professional certifications are highly valued).
• Proven expertise in designing and maintaining SAP data structures, including both single and composite role configurations.
• Strong grasp of internal control frameworks, audit requirements, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
• Demonstrated track record in executing system implementation projects, specifically within financial business processes.
• Proficiency in utilizing IT service management platforms for user support and incident resolution.
• Technical familiarity with modern SAP environments, including S/4HANA, Fiori, and Business Warehouse (BW) ecosystems.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Change Request Management (ChaRM) or equivalent lifecycle management tools.
• A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to lead innovation initiatives, applying structured methodologies to manage the lifecycle of new opportunities.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal (minimum B2 proficiency).
