We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Seniority: Senior-level (5+ years)

Type of position: Hybrid model in Porto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

The amazing you, will have:

5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
Strong knowledge of AMPscript and SQL.
Good understanding of Marketing Cloud data architecture and data extensions.
Experience designing complex customer journeys and marketing automation processes.
Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and/or external systems.
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and campaign management.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced in English.
Nice to Have Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Marketing Cloud Personalization.
Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Experience in large-scale or international Salesforce programs.
Previous experience mentoring junior team members.
We are looking for a senior, hands-on professional who can take ownership of Marketing Cloud initiatives, challenge requirements when appropriate, and work effectively across business and technical teams.
The ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into robust, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions will be key to this role.
