We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Developer

Seniority: +3 years

Type of position: Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal)

The amazing you, will have:

3+ years of professional experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform , with experience in Service Cloud .
Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
Experience customising Salesforce to support customer service and support processes .
Good understanding of Service Cloud capabilities , including Case Management and service workflows.
Experience building automations using Flows, Apex and other Salesforce tools .
Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security and access management .
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs .
Comfortable working with Git and Salesforce deployment practices .
Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

Salesforce Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant certification .
Experience with Omni-Channel, Salesforce Knowledge or Experience Cloud .
Experience with Salesforce integrations and MuleSoft .
Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices .
Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
