Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking to make an impact on a large-scale international transformation? This is an opportunity to work on an enterprise Salesforce environment where you'll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders while contributing to a long-term global CRM strategy.

What You'll Do

Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to support evolving business needs.
Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party applications.
Develop and maintain Flows and automation to optimize business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure data quality, security, governance, and overall platform integrity.
Support user adoption by troubleshooting issues and continuously improving the platform.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance the platform.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a business-critical environment.
Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, platform configuration, automation, and data management.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and delivering business value.
