Meet the Team ThousandEyes is looking for an EMEA Sales Operations Manager to help shape how one of our most important growth regions operates, scales, and wins. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, data, people, process, and execution, where your work will directly influence how the EMEA sales organization plans, prioritizes, and delivers results. As the strategic operations partner to EMEA Sales leadership, you will have a seat at the table in the decisions that shape the business—from forecasting and pipeline health to territory and account planning, quota and capacity planning, business reviews, and GTM strategy. You will turn complex business challenges into clear recommendations, scalable processes, and practical solutions that help our sales teams execute with greater focus and speed. You will also lead and develop a team of Sales Operations professionals, building a high-performing team while partnering across Sales, Finance, Strategy, Compensation, Legal, Deal Desk, and Accounting. At the same time, you'll work closely with global Sales Operations teams to bring global strategy to life in the EMEA and ensure the voice of the field influences how we operate globally.
Serve as the strategic Sales Operations partner and primary point of contact for EMEA Sales leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and operational guidance to drive regional performance.
