Задачи

• Lead, inspire and develop Store Managers and teams;
• Adapt leadership and coaching styles to varying experience levels across people management and development, selling, stock and operational excellence, and visual merchandising;
• Promote an inclusive and diverse culture aligned with Pandora Brand Values;
• Champion a positive and flexible work culture focused on continuous improvement and effective change;
• Develop and invest in talent to create an internal talent pipeline and succession plan;
• Recruit A-Class talent into teams;
• Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs across the territory;
• Coach and lead Store Managers and teams to maximise sales and profitability and deliver high operational standards;
• Lead and deliver customer experience, brand initiatives and operational standards across all stores;
• Execute global visual merchandising standards;
• Partner with HR, Retail Operations, Training and Merchandising to maximise people, product and sales opportunities;
• Partner with the Sales Training team to develop training programs that deliver business results;
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store teams;
• Facilitate face-to-face training and workshops for store teams;
• Share Retail communications in a timely manner in line with Group Communications standards;
• Analyze business performance, data and reporting to identify commercial opportunities and implement change and corrective actions;
• Understand industry standards and benchmarks and identify ideas to maintain market-leading service and operational standards;
• Improve regional stock loss and accuracy;
• Manage payroll in line with business expectations;
• Provide product, customer and local market feedback to the wider business.

Требования

• Extensive retail management experience within a global organisation;
• Proven track record in a similar multi-site field management role, such as Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager or District Manager;
• Experience running a high-profile region with high turnover;
• Customer-centric and service-focused leadership;
• Target-driven and sales-focused mindset;
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills;
• Excellent people development skills;
• Experience in visual merchandising;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, verbally and in writing;
• Nice to have: Creative flair.

Условия

• The role is based in Coimbra and covers Aveiro to Leiria;
• Availability to travel 80% of the time.
