We are recruiting an Italian-speaking sales professional for an exciting opportunity in Porto, Portugal. This role offers high-energy entry into international sales, excellent earning potential, and the chance to work within a fast-growing commercial team. Candidates must speak Italian to a native or fluent level and be confident building relationships with prospective customers.

What You'll Do

Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
Build relationships with decision-makers across target accounts
Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity
Work towards individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve campaign results

What You Bring

Native or fluent Italian language skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Target-driven mindset and resilience
Previous sales, customer service or commercial experience beneficial
Confidence speaking with business stakeholders
Desire to learn and progress in a sales career
