Be at the heart of Financial Risk Management

In a constantly evolving financial environment, risk management is more than a control function, it is a strategic pillar that supports sustainable growth, informed decision-making and regulatory resilience.

We are looking for a Risk Officer to join our Group Financial Risk Department and contribute to the monitoring and management of the key financial risks to which the Group is exposed across different geographies and business units.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with a passion for risk management, process improvement and regulatory excellence.

Your impact

You will contribute to:

• The monitoring and assessment of Credit, Market, Interest Rate, Foreign Exchange and Liquidity Risks;
  
• The developmentof ICAAP and ILAAP processes, including stress-testing exercises;
  
• The production and automation of risk reporting for management and regulatory purposes;
  
• The continuous improvement of risk management processes through data and automation;
  
• The monitoring of the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) and risk governance practices;
  
• The interactionwith regulators, auditors and international subsidiaries on risk-related matters.

What you bring

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Management or a related field;
  
• More than 8 years of experience in Financial Risk Management, preferably within the banking sector;
  
• Strong knowledge of financial risk methodologies and banking regulation;
  
• Experience withICAAP, ILAAP and risk monitoring frameworks;
  
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets;
  
• Knowledge of SQL, Python and Business Intelligence tools;
  
• Fluency in English;
  Spanish will be considered an advantage;
  
• Critical thinking, proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
