Join our team as an Italian-Speaking Recruitment Assistant and play a key role in driving hiring success for a leading digital platform!
Your role:
- Providing second-line support for our client's recruitment process in the Italian market. - Conducting outbound contacts and providing inbound support to candidates.
What You Bring:
- Native or Fluent Italian Speaker (C2 level mandatory). - Proficient in English (B2 level minimum) for internal communication. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly service focus and empathy. - Strong understanding of the e-commerce sector. - Must be currently living in Portugal and have a reliable fiber optic internet connection for remote work.
Your benefits:
Full-time:
- Base salary: €1200 gross - Meal allowance: €8 p/day - Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour rotating shifts between 7 am and 7 pm - Weekends off - In high season: Monday to Saturday, Saturday off + 1 rotating day off - A dynamic and international work environment - be comfortable: work from home (in Portugal) - expected start date: October 7th - 2 months contract with possibility of renewal
Part-time:
- Base salary: €600 gross - Meal allowance: €8 p/day - 20h/week - Weekends off - In high season: Monday to Saturday, Saturday off + 1 rotating day off - A dynamic and international work environment - be comfortable: work from home (in Portugal) - expected start date: October 7th - 2 months contract with possibility of renewal
