Role Description

The Alcacer do Sal Real Estate Consultant role at Engel & Völkers Comporta is a full-time, on-site position based in Carvalhal office. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and managing client relationships, conducting property visits, providing professional advice on real estate transactions, and supporting clients throughout the buying and selling process. The consultant will actively source new listings, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, and prepare marketing materials in collaboration with the team. The role also involves negotiating offers, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of customer service aligned with the Engel & Völkers brand. The consultant will participate in regular team meetings and training to continuously improve market expertise and sales performance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing transactions.
Effective Negotiation abilities to manage offers, contract terms, and client expectations.
Willingness and capacity to participate in ongoing Training and professional development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Fluency in Portuguese;
good command of Englishor other languages is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for property visits in the Alcácer do Sal and surrounding areas.
Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.

Your salary:

The estimated annual salary (fixed and comissions over sales) according to realistic goals and objectives will be between €50.000-€100.000.
