Perfil:

Mestrado em Engenharia (Civil/Mecânica/Elétrica) ou Arquitetura ou experiência comprovada no mínimo de 5 anos na área.
Setores - Instalações de Infraestruturas Críticas (ex: Data Centers), Edifícios, Projetos Industriais de Alta Tecnologia (ex: Semicondutores) e Produção Industrial.
Forte motivação e identificação com a temática da digitalização, engenharia e construção.
Capacidade para identificar e analisar os vários elementos dos processos da obra, especialidades e peças com o intuito de estruturar o projeto de forma eficiente.
Conhecimentos para realizar a medição das quantidades necessárias para a conceção dos projetos, procedendo ao contacto com os vários intervenientes para identificar as soluções adequadas.
Capacidade para detectar os erros e as omissões presentes no projeto e proceder às respetivas correções.
Competências de análise de custos para a execução dos projetos e de elaboração de orçamentos para as várias fases do processo de obra.
Conhecimento da Metodologia BIM e familiaridade com Software de autoria BIM.
Familiaridade com softwares para extração de quantidades a partir de momentos BIM (preferencial).
Conhecimento das ferramentas CAD.
Domínio das ferramentas Office (especificamente Microsoft Excel).
Conhecimentos intermédios de inglês, tanto a nível oral como escrito.
Capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal.
Disponibilidade para deslocações.
Sentido de responsabilidade, compromisso e trabalho em equipa.

Profile:

Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Eletrical) or Architecture or experiência comprovada no mínimo de 5 anos na área.
Sectors – Buildings, Critical Infrastructure Facilities (e.G. Data Centers), High Tech Industrial Project (e.G. Semiconductors) and Manufacturing Production.
Strong motivation and identification with digitalization, engineering, and construction.
Ability to identify and analyze the various elements of construction processes, specialties, and pieces to efficiently structure the project.
Skills to measure the quantities necessary for project design, contacting various stakeholders to identify suitable solutions.
Ability to detect errors and omissions in the project and make the necessary corrections.
Cost analysis skills for project execution and budget preparation for various phases of the construction process.
Skilled Knowledge of the BIM Methodology and high acquaintance with BIM authoring Software.
Familiarity with software for extracting quantities from BIM models (preferable).
Knowledge of CAD tools.
Proficiency in Office tools (specifically Microsoft Excel).
Intermediate knowledge of English, both oral and written.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability for travel.
Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork.
