We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a high-performing team, working closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to improve software quality across the entire development lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing
Design, develop, and maintain robust and reusable automated testing solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.
Develop and execute automated tests for web and API applications.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid feedback cycles.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality.
Support defect identification, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting activities.
Promote quality engineering best practices across Agile development teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA and software delivery processes.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing, including at least 3 years focused on Test Automation.
Strong proficiency in Java and Object-Oriented Programming.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as
Selenium
Cypress
Playwright
Experience with API testing using Postman and Rest Assured.
Strong understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
Experience using Cucumber to write and execute feature files.
Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
Previous experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
Knowledge of Quality Engineering best practices and modern testing strategies.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications.
