Procuramos um/a Python Developer para integrar a equipa Automation & Processes.
O objetivo é desenvolver soluções de automação, análise de dados e serviços internos com impacto direto nas operações do banco.
Principais responsabilidades:

Desenvolver aplicações, serviços internos e scripts de automação em Python;

Criar e manter pipelines de dados , incluindo ETL, validação e controlo de qualidade;

Trabalhar com análise de dados (exploração, métricas, visualizações) para apoiar decisões das áreas do banco;

Escrever código limpo, organizado e testável, seguindo boas práticas de desenvolvimento;

Implementar mecanismos de monitorização e logging para garantir estabilidade e visibilidade das soluções;

Colaborar com equipas de negócio e IT para compreender necessidades e desenhar soluções simples e escaláveis;

Participar em processos de code review , melhoria contínua e documentação técnica.

Requirements:

O que procuramos:

Sólida experiência prática em Python no desenvolvimento de aplicações, automações ou análise de dados;
Domínio de manipulação e exploração de dados com pandas, NumPy ou ferramentas semelhantes;
Bons conhecimentos de SQL e experiência com bases de dados relacionais;
Capacidade de estruturar e escrever testes automatizados;
Conforto com ferramentas de versionamento (ex.: Git);
Boa capacidade analítica, atenção ao detalhe e gosto por resolver problemas;
Autonomia, curiosidade e vontade de aprender.

É uma vantagem se tiveres (Não obrigatório — valorizamos vontade de aprender) :

Experiência com integração de serviços, automações, processamento de dados ou APIs internas;
Conhecimentos de containerização, CI/CD ou práticas de desenvolvimento moderno;
Experiência com visualização de dados ou storytelling analítico;
Experiência com outras linguagens além de Python;
Interesse por temas como automação inteligente, melhoria de processos e otimização operacional.
