The Challenge: A New Finance SSC in Lisbon To support its continuous growth and strategic vision, the company is building a brand-new Finance Shared Services Center (SSC) in Lisbon.

This hub will become the engine of their international operations, centralizing key transactional processes (such as Accounting and Credit Management) for Europe and North America. About the job We are looking for a Purchasing Administration Supervisor to lead and develop purchasing back-office activities within a Shared Services Center environment. This role is designed for a hands-on operational leader who can combine service delivery management, team coordination, process standardization and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in ensuring reliable support to buyers and internal stakeholders, while building harmonized ways of working across Lisbon, Cluses and Zriba pools. Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Operations: Lead and organize daily purchasing back-office activities, managing workload distribution, backlogs, and stepping in hands-on during peak periods.
Multi-Site Alignment: Coordinate operational routines, priorities, and escalation paths across Lisbon, Cluses (France), and Zriba (Tunisia) pools to ensure service continuity.
Purchasing Administration & Data: Oversee purchasing master data maintenance (PIR, source lists, quotas), contract administration, and invoice discrepancy resolution.
Service Delivery & SOPs: Establish clear intake channels, SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to support activity transitions and deliver reliable support to buyers and internal partners.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, perform root-cause analysis, and drive harmonization, data governance, and operational efficiency initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Background in Procurement Operations, Purchasing Administration, or Shared Services Back-Office, with proven experience in team coordination or operational supervision.
Languages: Fluency in both English and French is mandatory for daily cross-site coordination with teams in France (Cluses), Tunisia (Zriba), and Portugal (Lisbon).
Systems Proficiency: Solid experience with ERP-based purchasing processes (SAP S/4HANA and Ariba highly preferred; exposure to VIM, Excel, or Power BI is a plus).
Process & Service Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage SLAs/KPIs, ensure supplier/purchasing master data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership Mindset: A hands-on operational leader skilled in cross-site stakeholder management, workload planning, and building team autonomy.
