Company Description

Sempre Fixe is a residential property company founded in 2021. We acquire, renovate and rent long-term homes across Greater Lisbon — around 250 apartments in more than 25 buildings across 12 municipalities, with over €20M invested to date. Our tenants are middle-income families and professionals looking for a well-run, modern home at a fair rent.

Role Description

We are creating an in-house property role on the owner’s side of the business. Day-to-day management of the portfolio is handled by our property management company; this position works alongside them — as our internal point of contact, keeping reporting, documentation and follow-up organised, and making sure nothing is left waiting. It is a role built to grow: you will start by learning the portfolio in detail, and take on more responsibility as it expands.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
Experience or demonstrated ability in Property Management and coordinating day-to-day building operations.
Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining professional relationships.
Administrative Assistance capabilities, including document handling, record keeping, and scheduling.
Knowledge of Lease Administration, such as managing lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation. Working knowledge of Portuguese tenancy law (NRAU)
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfort working on-site in Lisbon and collaborating with local contractors and service providers.
Proficiency with office software and property management tools; fluency in Portuguese and good command of English preferred.
Previous experience in real estate or residential property coordination is an advantage.
Driving License (categroy B)
