O teu papel no Estúdio Base 2:
Ser o principal ponto de contacto entre clientes e equipa interna; interpretar briefings e transformá-los em propostas criativas e planos de execução. Garantir alinhamento entre objetivos de negócio, estratégia e execução; traduzir briefings em planos claros para equipas de audiovisual. Acompanhar performance, resultados e prioridades dos clientes; antecipar problemas, propor soluções e elevar o nível do trabalho entregue; conduzir reuniões com clientes com confiança, clareza e espírito crítico. Garantir que os projetos mantêm equilíbrio entre qualidade, satisfação do cliente e rentabilidade.
O que procuramos:
Experiência em gestão de clientes e gestão de projetos (agência ou produtora é valorizado). Autonomia e sentido de responsabilidade. Pensamento estratégico e orientação para resultados. Capacidade de gerir múltiplos projetos em simultâneo. Domínio de inglês. Conforto com métricas, reporting e análise de performance; boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de decisão; acompanhamento das inovações do mercado e as novas ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas à gestão de clientes, organização de projetos e otimização de processos dentro das suas funções.
