What Makes You a Great Fit

- Establish strong project governance by facilitating working sessions, maintaining documentation, and providing consistent updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Partner with teams across Operations, R&D, Engineering, Legal and Sales to set cross-functional program goals and coordinate execution.

- Lead initiatives that improve customer and employee experiences across areas such as onboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, and ongoing support.

- Build and maintain dashboards, project trackers, and performance reporting that provide visibility into progress, risks, and business impact.

- Develop clear presentations, executive updates, decision documents, and project debriefs for operational and company leadership.

- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure results, document lessons learned, and ensure improvements are sustained.

Let's Connect If You Have:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

- 5+ years of experience leading project or program management initiatives, preferably within SaaS, HR technology, payroll, global employment, or another operationally complex environment.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

- Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to establish accountability, provide constructive feedback, navigate conflict, and escalate concerns appropriately.

- Proficiency with GoogleSlides, GoogleSheets, Google Docs, and AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Claude)

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise presentations for stakeholders

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Comfortable operating across global teams, time zones, and rapidly shifting priorities.
