The client is an Asian family business, where everything revolves around good food, family, and enjoying together with a strong focus on quality and delicious products. This role is all about practical work in a friendly production team with a strong chance of a long-term or permanent contract if you perform well. Job Overview & Responsibilities Working around the production line in a clear production environment with fixed tasks, your responsibilities include: Packing products and moving them to another production line. Sorting products and applying stickers and labels. Using production materials and ingredients correctly. Keeping your workplace clean and tidy, including cleaning machines, conveyor belts, and the work environment. Strictly working according to quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations alongside operators, line supervisors, and other team members. Employees work in a 2-shift system, with the following shift hours: Morning/Day shift: 06:00 – 15:00 hours. Evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00 hours. The salary is paid weekly on Fridays. We provide free sandwiches every workday, free sauces in the canteen, and a good chance of a permanent contract for strong performance. A company car is provided for travel to the workplace and back to the accommodation. Requirements Traits: Meticulous, careful, reliable, punctual, and a strong team player who follows instructions well and proactively communicates when noticing problems or needing help. Experience: Prior experience in production is considered a plus, but your personal motivation and work attitude are the most important criteria. Accommodation: Willing to share a room and accommodation with other tenants.
