Your job :

Part of our Production department and reporting to the Production Manager, you'll take charge of a portfolio of clients, overseeing the full production cycle of each of their brands.

Your core mission: keep the process flowing from end to end. A true production catalyst, you're the one who unblocks, speeds up and pushes every stage forward, from a model's technical set-up through to the end of its production run. As the guarantor of quality and lead times, you work in the field every day, in our partner factories from Felgueiras to São João da Madeira, pairing with the Production Manager.

Your main responsibilities :

This is, above all, a field role. You spend most of your time in the factories and at suppliers, in direct contact with technicians and production managers, close to the manufacturing line.

Trials / Industrialisation

As soon as an order comes in, take charge of the technical set-up of the models: wear tests, PPS, size-sets. Launch the set-up directly at the factory, alongside the technicians, and follow it through on site, with one clear goal: deliver the best possible pairs as fast as possible, fully aligned with client requirements, to trigger industrialisation.

Drive industrialisation through size-set validation and on-the-floor monitoring of the key milestones of the process.

Order Status Monitoring

Constantly in the field, support the Production Managers by feeding back the key information they need to build their schedules (leather and component delivery dates, etc.), gathered directly from the factories and suppliers. This reporting also involves a degree of desk work: contributing to team communication, keeping track of exchanges, and passing on important information in a written, structured and traceable way.

In the same spirit, track the availability of items to be tested for our clients (leathers, pairs, etc.) and coordinate their shipment to our partner laboratories, most of which are based abroad, so that testing can start without delay.

Production Monitoring

Carry out quality control on receipt of key components (skins, soles, etc.) and record the results in writing to ensure proper follow-up.

Ensure continuous quality control directly on the production line: cutting, stitching, lasting, all the way to finishing, right next to the workstations. Document findings and communicate them clearly to the factories and the team so issues can be corrected quickly.

Guarantee production conformity with the PPS. As the guardian of the PPS, you have the legitimacy to validate conformity and to step in effectively, on site, as soon as productions start.

What will you bring to the team?

Solid, proven experience in footwear production or another demanding manufacturing environment.
A responsible, autonomous person, able to run their own portfolio and make decisions in the field.
Comfortable on the field, in direct contact with technicians and production teams.
Strong technical product knowledge (lasting, materials, components) and high quality standards.
Rigour, a forward-looking mindset, and excellent relationships with both factories and suppliers.
Driver's license essential (daily travel between factories).
English required. Portuguese and/or French a plus.
