We would like to meet a Product Owner!

Responsibilities:

Manage product costs, risks, and processes.
Manage and coordinate product teams.
Apply Design Thinking principles to understand problems and create digital solutions.
Manage Upstream activities and digital product teams.
Define and manage the Product Roadmap and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) .
Define the Product Vision, Product Objectives, goals, and metrics .
Write and manage User Stories and Epics .
Conduct user sessions to define, clarify, validate, and present the product.
Lead the discovery and understanding phase, including workshops .
Define information architecture , identify Personas, Modules, and Requirements .
Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and understand their needs.
Define priorities and maximize the delivery of business value.
Present product deliveries and accelerate delivery by breaking initiatives into smaller increments.
Act as the communication bridge between development teams and stakeholders.
Clarify requirements and questions raised by development teams.
Report and communicate backlog status .
Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure alignment.
Promote the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions.
Define and manage the backlog of initiatives related to AI applied to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) .
Collaborate with technical teams to define development processes supported by AI agents .
Identify opportunities for automation and productivity improvements through specialized AI agents.
Interact with AI agents to support analysis, specification, development, testing, and documentation activities.
Ensure the quality, consistency, and continuous update of documentation associated with AI agents.
Define acceptance criteria and success metrics for AI-supported solutions.
Promote best practices for the use of AI in software development.
Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to integrate AI capabilities into the technology ecosystem.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience as a Product Owner.
Higher education degree.
Strong experience in Product Management, Roadmaps, MVPs, Backlog Management, User Stories, Epics, and Product Vision .
Minimum 3 years of experience working across environments involving multiple applications and following Agile methodologies .
Minimum 1 year of experience managing Upstream Backlog .
Strong experience working with digital product teams.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build strong relationships between business and technology teams.
Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork.
Good command of Portuguese and English .
Experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, Adobe XD, Figma, and Matomo .
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is valued.

Certifications:

CSM (Certified Scrum Master – Scrum Alliance) or PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I – https://jobeax.com/link/HoztRLruEj6wcGez) .
CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner – Scrum Alliance) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner – https://jobeax.com/link/HoztRLruEj6wcGez) .
Training or knowledge in Kanban , preferably through Kanban University .

AI & SDLC Technical Skills:

Knowledge of the role of Artificial Intelligence across the different stages of the SDLC .
Understanding of AI agents, copilots, autonomous workflows, and AI-assisted automation .
Ability to identify AI use cases and define effective interactions between users, teams, and AI agents.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio .
Ability to create, configure, manage, publish, maintain, and evolve AI agents .
Regular use of Visual Studio Code as a development environment.
Knowledge of the integration between Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and AI tools .
Knowledge of Git and GitHub , including file versioning, branches, pull requests, and review processes.
Experience maintaining Markdown (.md) files used for documentation, instructions, and agent behavior definition.
Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) .
Knowledge of Prompt Engineering .
Experience defining governance for Generative AI solutions .
Knowledge of multi-agent architectures .
Autonomy in exploring and experimenting with AI-based solutions .
