Responsibilities

Define architecture and technical strategy for onboarding and cross-product user journeys across Confluence, Loom, and Jira.
Build production-grade full stack features using React/TypeScript micro-frontends and scalable backend services.
Design experimentation frameworks, feature-flag integrations, event tracking, attribution, and funnel telemetry.
Develop robust GraphQL and REST API contracts and reusable components for independent host applications.
Deliver foundational code, shared libraries, prototypes, and platform modernization initiatives while remaining 60–70% hands-on.
Partner with product managers, designers, data scientists, and multiple engineering organizations to align on technical trade-offs.
Maintain performance, reliability, observability, testing, monitoring, and alerting standards while reducing operational toil.
Mentor senior and lead engineers, author RFCs and technical specifications, lead design reviews, and support hiring.
