Your Mission

As part of our team, you will:

Design and deliver impactful Power Platform solutions that create real business value.
Drive automation initiatives that improve efficiency and optimize processes.
Collaborate with international teams to build scalable and sustainable solutions.
Support the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and use case identification to implementation and industrialization.
Contribute to a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and propose scalable solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Develop and maintain applications with Power Apps and workflows with Power Automate .
Automate business processes ranging from simple tasks to complex operational workflows.
Provide support and continuous improvements for existing solutions.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Developers, and stakeholders to design and deliver data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance ETL and data integration processes.
Promote best practices in automation, governance, and solution architecture.

✅ What We're Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional experience with:
Power Apps
Power Automate
Strong understanding of Data Modeling concepts and best practices.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and business insights from data.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher (mandatory).
Availability for occasional international travel when required.

PL-600
PL-700
PL-900
DP-Series Certifications
Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric .
Experience managing SharePoint Online and Dataverse environments.
Knowledge of REST APIs and systems integration.
Experience with Python development.
Solid SQL skills.
Knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, and Azure services.
Experience working on ETL pipelines and data engineering initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
French language skills.
