What will you do?

Lead the process from order to cash in each project:
1. Lead the execution Kick Off between Sales, Systems Engineers, Quoting Team and Service Team
2. Be in contact with customers and other stakeholders to define the execution plan and follow-up.
3. Control the suppliers on site, visiting the customer site
4. Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the correct resources to execute the project
5. Coordinate with the Health and Safety department to ensure safe execution for our people and the customer
6. Coordinate with the logistic supplier for deliveries
7. Coordinate with the assembly supplier for on‑site work
8. Act as the single point of contact between SE and the customer during project execution
9. Define when the project will be invoiced
10. Act as the single point of contact with the rest of the organization: Finance, VPs, Customer Satisfaction, …
Participate in the definition of the offer to be sent to the customer
1. Be part of the project team, representing execution and logistics
2. Write the technical specifications to select the supplier for each project.
3. Participate in the supplier selection: pricing & skills
4. Lead the tax part, if needed
Control of margin during execution
1. During the kick‑off meeting obtain the correct margin
2. Follow deviations in each activity
3. Suggest and/or find improvements in each area
4. Document the margin at the end of the project
5. Participate in the follow‑up meeting of each project with VPs
6. Inform about the deviations
7. Lead the change‑order process throughout execution
Analyze the rentability of each line of products
1. From delta margin analysis, work with Finance and Product Manager to provide feedback on selling‑price positioning
2. Work with Finance to validate upstream from other intragroup plants
Deliver feedback to all organization
1. When a project is closed, define and communicate lessons learned
Participate in delivering the backlog burning at the beginning of every month
Help the rest of the Order Management team with special processes and new products

What qualifications will make you successful?

Mechanical Engineer or high knowledge in cooling systems
English mandatory
Previous knowledge about Project Management or supervision of subcontractors
Well organized
Strong negotiation skills
High resistance to stress
Able to communicate with different organization levels
